Indian Culinary Event at the ‘ANU’ Museum
In February 2025, the ANU Museum of the Jewish People hosted a vibrant Indian Culinary Event, celebrating the rich and diverse cuisines of India’s Jewish communities: the Bene Israel, Cochin, Baghdadi, and Bnei Menashe. Participants were treated to an immersive experience of authentic flavors and traditional recipes, interwoven with personal stories and lively Indian dances. This event beautifully showcased the unique culinary heritage of Indian Jewry, highlighting traditions that have been cherished and passed down through generations.
